Informativa sulla privacy di Proki

1. Chi siamo
Il titolare del trattamento è Aloium, Italia. Per qualsiasi domanda sulla privacy puoi scrivere a aloium.tech@gmail.com.
2. Quali dati raccogliamo
- Account: email e password, oppure, con Accedi con Apple, l'identificativo Apple, l'email (anche l'indirizzo anonimo di Apple) e il nome, se li condividi.
- Profilo: peso, altezza, età, sesso, percentuale di grasso corporeo, livello di attività, obiettivo, tipo di allenamento, tipo di dieta e i target calcolati.
- Diario: i pasti che registri (nome libero, grammi, calorie, proteine, carboidrati, grassi) e il piano settimanale.
- Coach AI: preferenze alimentari, allergie, alimenti non graditi, orari, note, messaggi che scrivi al Coach e risposte all'intervista.
- Apple Salute (facoltativo): se attivi l'integrazione, l'app legge passi, peso e allenamenti. Non scrive mai su Salute. Gli ultimi 7 giorni vengono salvati sul tuo account e cancellati se disattivi l'integrazione.
- Notifiche: se le consenti, un token del dispositivo per inviarti le notifiche.
- Abbonamento: lo stato dell'acquisto Premium, collegato al tuo identificativo account. I dati di pagamento sono gestiti da Apple e non li riceviamo.
- Check vegano: se scansioni un codice a barre, il codice viene cercato su Open Food Facts. Se fotografi una lista ingredienti, il testo viene letto sul tuo dispositivo e la foto non viene inviata.
Non usiamo strumenti di analisi del comportamento, pubblicità o tracciamento tra app e siti, e non vendiamo i tuoi dati.
3. Perché li usiamo e su quale base
- Creare e gestire il tuo account, calcolare i tuoi target, salvare il Diario e fornire l'app: esecuzione del contratto.
- Dati su peso, alimentazione e salute, integrazione con Apple Salute, notifiche e funzioni del Coach AI: il tuo consenso esplicito, che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento disattivando la funzione o eliminando l'account.
- Sicurezza, prevenzione di abusi e assistenza: legittimo interesse.
4. Coach AI e fornitori terzi
Le funzioni del Coach AI (chat, intervista, spiegazione del piano, composizione di ricette) usano un servizio di intelligenza artificiale di un fornitore terzo, Anthropic. Quando le usi, i nostri server inviano al fornitore il contenuto necessario per generare la risposta: profilo (peso, altezza, età, sesso, obiettivo, livello di attività, tipo di dieta), piano e target, i pasti registrati oggi, le medie degli ultimi 14 giorni, riepiloghi di passi, allenamenti, peso e micronutrienti, le tue preferenze, gli alimenti che registri più spesso e i messaggi della conversazione.
Non inviamo il tuo nome, la tua email né l'identificativo del tuo account. Il fornitore tratta questi contenuti per produrre la risposta, secondo i propri termini per i clienti API. Le risposte del Coach hanno scopo informativo e non sono un parere medico o nutrizionale.
Usando il Coach AI accetti questo trattamento. Se non vuoi che i tuoi dati siano elaborati da un fornitore AI, non usare le funzioni del Coach: il Diario, le ricette, il dizionario e il Check vegano funzionano comunque.
5. Con chi condividiamo i dati

Alcuni fornitori possono trattare i dati fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo, ad esempio negli Stati Uniti. In quel caso ci affidiamo alle garanzie previste con ciascun fornitore, come le clausole contrattuali standard. Possiamo inoltre comunicare dati se la legge lo richiede o in caso di trasferimento d'azienda.
6. Quanto li conserviamo e come li cancelli
Conserviamo i dati finché hai un account. Puoi eliminarlo da Profilo, Elimina account: l'account e i dati associati vengono cancellati. Apple e RevenueCat possono conservare i dati di acquisto secondo i propri obblighi di legge. Puoi anche disattivare l'integrazione con Salute in qualsiasi momento: i dati di Salute salvati vengono cancellati.
7. Sicurezza
Usiamo misure tecniche e organizzative ragionevoli, tra cui connessioni cifrate e controlli di accesso per utente. Nessun sistema è sicuro al 100%.
8. I tuoi diritti
Se ti trovi nello Spazio economico europeo, nel Regno Unito o in Svizzera hai diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, rettificarli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti e riceverli in un formato portabile, e di revocare il consenso. Per esercitarli scrivi a aloium.tech@gmail.com. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
9. Minori
Proki non è destinata a persone sotto i 16 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati.
10. Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare questa informativa. La data in alto indica l'ultima modifica e, se le modifiche sono rilevanti, ti avviseremo nell'app.

Proki Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
The data controller is Aloium, Italy. For any privacy question, write to aloium.tech@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account: email and password, or, with Sign in with Apple, your Apple identifier, email (including Apple's private relay address) and name, if you share them.
- Profile: weight, height, age, sex, body fat percentage, activity level, goal, training type, diet type and the targets we calculate.
- Diary: the meals you log (free-text name, grams, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat) and your weekly plan.
- AI Coach: food preferences, allergies, disliked foods, schedules, notes, the messages you write to the Coach and your interview answers.
- Apple Health (optional): if you turn on the integration, the app reads steps, body weight and workouts. It never writes to Health. The last 7 days are stored on your account and deleted if you turn the integration off.
- Notifications: if you allow them, a device token used to send you notifications.
- Subscription: the status of your Premium purchase, linked to your account identifier. Payment details are handled by Apple and we do not receive them.
- Vegan check: if you scan a barcode, the code is looked up on Open Food Facts. If you photograph an ingredient list, the text is read on your device and the photo is not sent.
We do not use behavioral analytics, advertising or cross-app tracking tools, and we do not sell your data.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- Creating and managing your account, calculating your targets, saving your Diary and providing the app: performance of a contract.
- Weight, nutrition and health data, the Apple Health integration, notifications and AI Coach features: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by turning the feature off or deleting your account.
- Security, abuse prevention and support: legitimate interest.
4. AI Coach and third-party providers
The AI Coach features (chat, interview, plan explanation, recipe composition) use an artificial intelligence service from a third-party provider, Anthropic. When you use them, our servers send the provider the content needed to generate the reply: profile (weight, height, age, sex, goal, activity level, diet type), plan and targets, the meals logged today, averages over the last 14 days, summaries of steps, workouts, weight and micronutrients, your preferences, the foods you log most often and the messages in the conversation.
We do not send your name, your email or your account identifier. The provider processes this content to produce the reply, under its own terms for API customers. Coach answers are informational and are not medical or nutritional advice.
By using the AI Coach you agree to this processing. If you do not want your data processed by an AI provider, do not use the Coach features: the Diary, recipes, dictionary and Vegan check still work.
5. Who we share data with

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case we rely on the safeguards in place with each provider, such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or in connection with a business transfer.
6. How long we keep it and how to delete it
We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete it from Profile, Elimina account: the account and associated data are deleted. Apple and RevenueCat may keep purchase records under their own legal obligations. You can also turn off the Apple Health integration at any time: stored Health data is deleted.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and per-user access controls. No system is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, write to aloium.tech@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
9. Children
Proki is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change and, for material changes, we will notify you in the app.
